Subject to terms & conditions, we currently deliver to most addresses in the UK. Selected products may be delivered to other International Locations such as Australia, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Spain and the United States.
A delivery is defined as one delivery to one address at one particular time. Please note that if your order is delivered to multiple destinations, separate charges will apply for each address.
Our nominated day delivery service is available for selected UK delivery addresses. You can use it to have your purchase delivered as soon as tomorrow, or another day that suits you!
You can see if your order is eligible, and select a preference, as you check out and pay for your order. You may be eligible for delivery tomorrow if you place your order by: 12 noon.

The earliest delivery date for orders placed on Sunday will be the following Tuesday and the following Wednesday for 48 hour delivery postcodes. Amendments and cancellations can be accepted until your order is prepared for despatch. During busy periods, such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, your order details may be prepared up to 3 days before your order is ready to be despatched. Cancellations and amendments are not possible on orders placed in this period.
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Savanna reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. Customers are responsible for checking with the local customs authorities before placing an order for international delivery. Savanna cannot offer any assistance in this process.
Savanna products are sold in pounds Sterling on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details before placing an order.
If the postcode/zip code or any part of the address is entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may result.
All international deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt. If no one is available to take receipt, a card will be left explaining where the item is and what to do next.

The purchase on our website will be made in pounds Sterling. Your credit card provider or bank will determine the exchange rate. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.
Our system will not check the address you enter, so it is important that you enter international delivery addresses carefully. If the postcode/zip code or any part of the address is entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may result.
Most deliveries need to be signed for.
If you're out when we try to deliver, the driver will try a neighbour or find a safe and secure place to leave your parcel. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the depot. They'll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next.
